Can I bring my own vendors for my event?

Yes, you are welcome to bring your own vendors for your event, however, they must be legally licensed and insured. We also offer a list of trusted and experienced vendors that we have worked with in the past. These vendors are familiar with our venue and can provide exceptional services to enhance your event. We are happy to provide recommendations and assist you in coordinating with your chosen vendors. 

Do I need to use a caterer or can I bring my own food?

You may bring your own food to your event, however, you must first sign our Rental Agreement which includes a section with a liability waiver.

Are Wedding Planners required?

No. That said, Wedding Planners can ease much added stress as you plan for one of the most significant days of your life. We have a few in-house planners that can work with you or you can contract from elsewhere.

Is alcohol allowed?

In short, yes, alcohol is allowed. That said, it must be serviced through a Mobile Bar Service that is fully licensed and insured. We primarily work with Mecca, Copa, and Salud, all exceptional mobile bar services. Click their links to contact them and get a quote for your event.

Is it possible to set up earlier or stay later to clean up?

If we have availability on our calendar, you may set up the night before for an additional hourly fee.
