WEDDINGS & RECEPTIONS

The High Society Package: $5,000

1. All day access (14 hrs, 9:00AM-11:00PM)
2. Full use of estate - inside and out (weather permitting)
3. Tables and chairs for up to 130 people
4. The Caledonia sets up the initial layout of tables and chairs
5. Complimentary use of The Caledonia for your bridal/engagement photoshoot

Sunday-Thursday Day Only: $3,500

THE SOLARIUM

Bookings available up to 8 weeks from today's date.

The Solarium's primary use is for small-scale events such as bridal and baby showers, birthday parties, small conferences and workshops, etc. (Capacity 65 for ceremonies or 40 with tables and chairs)

For an additional amount, you may gain access to the use of the gardens.

Full Day: $1,500 (10-14 hours)

2. Tables and chairs for up to 65 people
3. The Caledonia sets up the initial layout of table and chairs

Hourly Rate: $150/hr (two hour minimum)

PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEOGRAPHY

Bookings available up to 6 weeks from today's date

Almost all categories of media creation are welcome! Examples may include but are not limited to lifestyle, environment, food and product styled photoshoots, family photos, engagements and bridals, portraits, boudoir, modeling agencies, filming productions, high school dance and senior year photos, etc.

Full Estate Hourly Rate: $150/hr

Exterior Only Hourly Rate: $99/hr
